Why? Because dragon boat racing is inclusive and makes for a great day out. It’s team based so everyone can join in while the element of competition adds extra spice and purpose for those taking part or cheering them on.

We can help stage your own regatta at a river or waterside location of your choosing (provided it passes a Dragons Alive safety and suitability inspection). All you need to do is book the venue and arrange catering, toilets, changing facilities, a wet weather shelter and car parking. If this sounds too daunting, don’t worry – we can make the necessary arrangements on your behalf.

You can leave all the race elements to us. Dragons Alive will provide the dragon boats, a race manager, qualified helms and the ancillary equipment to ensure your day is a success.
