Our Staff

 

All of our operational staff and event managers are full time Dragons Alive employees, thus ensuring our team will have firsthand knowledge of your event from conception to completion. 

 

All of the helms present at your event are certified to British Dragon Boat Racing association standards with many of them competing regularly at both national and international level, thus ensuring they have a wealth of experience and up-to date knowledge and are always willing to offer tips and advice to both novices and experienced paddlers. 

 

We strongly believe that so many of our Charity clients return to us year after year because of our staffs' overwhelming passion for dragon boat racing that is infectiously passed on to all participants, thus ensuring everyone has a unforgettable day!

At the helm are Joe and Sarah, Joe and Sarah have lived and breathed dragon boat racing at national and international level. They have raced for Great Britain in European and World Championships and Sarah has also worked as southern events manager for Cancer Research UK and event organiser for the British Dragon Boat Racing Association. Not only does this experience provide a unique insight into fundraising issues but it has also been channelled into the foundation of Team Activity Group, the multi-activity team building parent company of Dragons Alive.

Joe and Sarah bring their coaching backgrounds and crew experience of world level competition to your dragon boat event, assuring you of the very best in organisation and team involvement. “Our job is to get everyone going so they feel part of the event and know where they should be and when.
